PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of tonic drink by using pharmacologically useful ingredients, such as seaweeds, animals, plants, medicinal herbs, healthy foods, drug, mushroom and the like. The drink is abundant in dietary fiber, organic acids, various vitamins and other nutrients and is thus useful for both young and old. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method is characterized by proceeding saccharification and fermentation, while manufacturing drink from natural products, with adding pharmacologically useful ingredients, such as herbal medicines, plants(roots, leaves, fruits and stems), animals, seaweeds, healthy foods, drugs, and minerals which are as described in the description.
