PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust pipe structure of a work vehicle with excellent muffling effect. SOLUTION: The end part of an outlet pipe 25 of a muffler 23 is fitted in the inside of a tail pipe 20 fixed at an engine cover 10A. Its fit-in length L2 is set as follows by using an overall length L1 of a tail pipe 20, a sectional area S1 of a tail pipe 20, and a gap area S2 between the tail pipe 20 and the outlet pipe 25.
