PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve oscillation efficiency and beam quality, and to miniaturize a power supply and a cooling device in a solid-state pulse laser device that stimulates a solid-state laser medium with the stimulation light for obtaining puls laser oscillation output. SOLUTION: The solid-state laser medium (10) is stimulated by pulse and continuous stimulation light (24A) and (38), and the total energy density of the pulse and continuous stimulation light (24A) and (38) exceeds an oscillation threshold (Eth) of the solid-state laser medium (19), thus obtaining the puls laser oscillation output. |
