PURPOSE: A wind discharging apparatus for making the direction change of discharged air easy is provided to perform an air conditioning function and a lighting function with one device by adding a lighting device. CONSTITUTION: A wind discharging apparatus for making the direction change of discharged air easy comprises a closed air intake case(23) and a wind discharging header(21). An air intake(41) into which the external air flows is formed on one side of the air intake case and a pipe connecting part(26) discharging the inflow air is formed on one side of the upper of the air intake case. The wind charging header has a shape of barrel and a plurality of wind discharging holes(25) discharging the inflow air are formed on the wind discharging face(24) of the wind discharging header. The wind discharging header is inserted into the air intake case.
