PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color correction circuit that can correct colors, only with respect to a hue within an arbitrary range among the entire range of hues. SOLUTION: The color correction circuit is provided with a coefficient calculation means that calculates a coefficient of each vector component when a position vector of an input color difference signal whose hue has been decided as belonging to a predetermined region is decomposed into two adjacent division axis vector components, and provided with a means that applies linear transformation to the two division axis vectors with a preset transformation matrix respectively and that converts an input color difference signal, on the basis of the two axis vectors after the linear transformation and the coefficient calculated by the coefficient calculation means. |
