PURPOSE: An apparatus for providing traffic information using CRF is provided to offer necessary traffic information to a driver by using a beacon network on a road and a communication device in a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A personal portable terminal(11) is loaded in a traffic information provision device(10). A traffic information selection button(12) is used for selecting desired traffic information. A microphone(13) is used for receiving a user of a vehicle. A speaker is used for guiding the traffic information as voice. A forward state information guide button(14) is used for turning on or turning off a guiding operation for forward stat information. A lamp(14a) is used for confirming a forward state guide on/off operation. An accident information guide button(15) is used for turning on or turning off a guiding operation for accident information. A display device(16) is used for displaying images about traffic information.
