<p>A method of detection of E-coli, other coliforms and pathogenic organisms in water wherein the method involves reagents namely 10% solution of blocking buffer comprising of 2.5% casein in Tris Buffered Saline (TBS), concentrated antibody solution diluted in IX dilution buffer, goat anti-rabbit-antibody conjugated to horse raddish peroxidase diluted in IX dilution buffer, a developer, dilution buffer, washing buffer, small pieces of nitro cellulose membrane and a dehydrated selective nutrient medium.</p> |
