<p>A method of multiple cost analysis for multiple, different items, comprising: (a) processing a request from a user (20) for multiple, different items (1); (b) identifying vendors that offer the multiple, different items (4); (c) identifying the purchase prices of each item from each vendor (5); (d) identifying shipping and handling costs of all items from each vendor and all items from all combinations of vendors (6); (e) calculating the total cost of all items from each vendor and all items from all combinations of vendors (7); (f) identifying the most cost effective purchase of all items (8); and (g) transmitting to a user the most cost effective purchase of the items (9). The invention further includes a search engine (22), service, program and/or server to provide the foregoing multiple cost analysis (10).</p> |
