PURPOSE: A buffering apparatus having a bump stopper is provided to absorb impact and noise, and to improve traveling stability and driving experience by integrally forming bump stoppers in a strut and a buffer. CONSTITUTION: A buffering device consists of a first buffering part(300) composed of a first spring rubber seat(310) and a first bump stopper(320), and mounted in a strut(100); a second buffering part(400) mounted in a buffer(200), and composed of a second spring rubber seat(410) and a second bump stopper(420); a damper rod(500) combined with the strut through the first buffering part, and inserted to the buffer through the second buffering part; and an elastic body(600) formed around the damper rod, and placed between the strut and the buffer. Impact is absorbed with the elastic body and the buffer, and noise and shock are reduced with making first and second buffering parts of rubber. Traveling stability and driving experience are improved with absorbing noise and impact by integrally forming the bump stopper in the strut and the buffer.
