PURPOSE: To provide a competitive game device capable of handling a number of mobile bodies as one batch, simultaneously replacing batteries of these mobile bodies, and simplifying a mechanism and the operation of a battery replacement device as much as possible. CONSTITUTION: In this competitive game device composed of the mobile bodies mountably and demountably loading the batteries, a battery replacement robot is mounted at a rear part of a battery replacement pit wherein a number of gates are straightly arranged, the gates respectively have left and right holding parts for holding a rear part of each mobile body from its left and right, battery holding parts capable of longitudinally mounting and demounting the battery are mounted at the rear parts of the mobile bodies, the batteries are drawn out to the rear parts of the mobile bodies, or the batteries are inserted from the rear parts of the mobile bodies by the battery replacement robot to replace the batteries, the battery replacement robot has a robot body moving in the X-direction same as the arrangement direction of the gates, by an X-direction feeding device, and a battery replacement handle moving in the Y-direction by a Y-direction feeding device of the robot body, and the battery replacement hand has a pair of upper and lower battery gripping arms being vertically opened and closed on a horizontal shaft as a pivoting shaft.
