SUPPORTING SUBSTRATE FOR DISK COUPLING

PURPOSE: A supporting substrate for disk coupling is provided to arrange the center of disks on the same standard, thus adjusting information recording patterns formed on both sides of coupled disks within an allowable eccentricity. CONSTITUTION: A supporting substrate(40) has a contact part(42) contacted with a lower surface of a disk. The lower surface of the disk is an upper surface of a completed DVD for recording information on a disk information recording surface or reading the recorded information. The supporting substrate is surrounded by the contact part, and has a projecting part(44) whose surface is projected as a predetermined thickness than the surface of the contact part. A side(44a) of the projecting part is contacted with a disk side exposed through a hole of the disk while coupling disks. The surface of the projecting part is flat.
