PURPOSE: An apparatus of fabricating a lens for 3-dimensional image is provided to offer comfort to a user's eyes and obtain a high power by refracting an optical path to a focus point. CONSTITUTION: A multitude of lens fixing portions(21,22,23,24) is adhered and fixed eccentrically to a lens fixing chuck(2) in order to fix a glass section(1) as a processing object. The lens fixing portions(21,22,23,24) have an extended shape corresponding to a processed shape of the glass section(1). The glass section(1) is processed by a diamond wheel. The glass section(1) is a rectangular glass if a rectangular eccentric lens is formed by processing the glass section(1). A center point(P) of gravity of the glass section(1) does not correspond to a center point(Q) of rotation of the lens fixing chuck(2).
