PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access counter for prize competition system, the utilization of which is improved in comparison with a conventional access counter on a home page which has a simple function of only displaying the number of the accesses in spits of occupying a precious space on the top page. SOLUTION: A counter number center 11 specifies an enterprise sponsor site 31 and conducts a numbers game that predicts the values of the number of home page access counter on at the specified date and time. Participants in the numbers game 21, 22, and 23 access the enterprise sponsor site 31, predict the number of the home page access counter by glancing at the counter, and register in the counter number center 11. The counter number center 11 reads the counter number of the home pages of the enterprise sponsors and makes it lucky number. |
