PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure capable of easily and surely fixing a bracket for projecting a mounting pin, a pipe or the like on an outer surface of a tank of a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A first member 4 of a U-shaped section is formed of a molding of a synthetic resin, and engaging parts 3 are formed at opening ends of the member 4. A second member 6 for closing the opening side of a U shape of the member 4 is provided, and locking parts 5 are provided at both ends. The member 4 and the member 6 are engaged from both sides in its width direction so as to annularly engage an outer periphery of the tank 2 in an width direction by avoiding the tube 1 of the exchanger.
