<p>The invention relates to a method for fixing insulating boards. The aim of the invention is to provide a method that is also suitable for old buildings. To this end, dowels that comprise a dowel base (2) and a dowel head (7) are distributed across the wall in such a number that there are several dowels for every insulating board (10). An adhesive (9) is applied to the dowel heads (7) of the dowels and optionally also on the wall (5), and the insulating boards (10) are pressed. Preferably, the surface (7) of the dowels facing the adhesive is provided with openings so that the adhesive (9) can penetrate through to the back thereof. The adhesive surfaces (7) can especially be star-shaped. A glass fiber grid can also be used as the dowel head. The inventive dowels are further characterized in that the expansion zone and the dowel head are adjacent and that they may have a flexible reinforcement plate.</p> |
