PURPOSE: A method for a financial transaction service using an electronic card on the Internet is provided to reduce the expense of a bill and a written notice and to perform a PR for a company and a meeting by attaching an advertisement, a photo, a character, a voice and a text to an electronic card when the company and the meeting bills the charge to a customer or a member. CONSTITUTION: A first personal communication device(100) outputs the electronic card selection data for a billing request and a transfer, the data to attach the advertisement and the text to the selected electronic card, and the search data. A web server(200) outputs the corresponding data by receiving the billing request, transfer and search data and the advertisement and text data from the first personal communication device, and outputs the approval data. An electronic card service server(300) attaches the advertisement and the text to the electronic card and outputs the data to the web server. A second personal communication device(600) receives the charge and a transfer code from the electronic card service server, displays the electronic card including the advertisement and the text, and outputs the approval data for the charge request and the transfer code.
