PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labeling device capable of sticking a cylindrical label securely to a body to be labeled in a specified position. SOLUTION: A cylindrical label L folded like a sheet is preliminarily opened by a label opening means 21 attached on each sticking head 10. An open-close claw 27 in close position is inserted into the preliminarily opened label L, and the label L is more opened by opening the open-close claw 27. After the bottle B is inserted into the more opened label L, the open-close claw 27 is pulled out, and the label L is stuck to the bottle B. The label opening means 21 is equipped with swing arms 22, 23 which open the label L by holding the cylindrical label L folded like a sheet, sucking the held surface of the label L, releasing the hold of the label L and separating each other. The swing arms 22, 23 continue the sucking motion still after the open-close claw 27 is inserted into the label L, and stop the sucking motion when the label L is put in between the swing arm 23 and the open-close claw.
