PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground excavator capable of being excavated in an optional depth with an optional excavated diameter by enabling the excavated diameter to control on the ground. SOLUTION: A ground treatment machine is constituted of (A) a cylindrical supporting member 5 capable of being raised and lowered and being rotated and (B) a lever 6 loading a required member capable of making a vertical motion relatively to the supporting member in the circumferential vertical direction of the supporting member.
