PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a resin sheet having a good optical property for a long period of time as various electrode substrates for use in a display such as a liquid crystal display device by decreasing a content of an impurity ion in the resin sheet, which consists at least of an epoxy resin layer, an inorganic gas barrier layer and a hard coat layer. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the resin sheet comprises developing an epoxy resin containing liquid in a sheet-like form on a support covered by a hard coat layer, curing the developed layer to form a cured sheet adhered to the resin layer, recovering the cured sheet from the support to after-cure it and coating the inorganic gas barrier layer. It is preferable to use raw materials for forming each layer having a content of the impurity ion of 1μg/g or less in a step prior to forming the hard coat layer, the epoxy resin layer and the inorganic gas barrier layer. |
