PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organic filler slow releasing fluorine which is especially useful as a filler to a dental material in a dental field and to obtain a dental composition such as a dental composition, a dental adhesion composition, a dental inorganic-based cement, etc., which is suitably used as a tooth crown material, a cementation material, an adhesion material and a filling material. SOLUTION: This organic filler slow releasing fluorine is characterized in that, in a process for producing the organic filler having fluorine slow release properties, (a) one or more kinds of polyvalent metal compounds selected from an oxide, a hydroxide, a carbonate, a phosphate, an acetate an a nitrate is mixed with (b) an acid group-containing polymer and (c) a fluorine compound dissociating fluorine ion in water are mixed in a solvent.
