PURPOSE: A step of the article PR and a service through the video chatting between an Internet user and a membership company after registering the nationwide stores and companies is provided to perform the article PR and to sell the article through a conversation by displaying an image fit to a user's condition to the Internet user without a homepage during a chatting using a video camera. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of automatically constructing a DB by receiving the registration from the nationwide stores and companies through a main homepage and opening a video chatting room of the stores and companies on the server, displaying a results by making the user search with a specific format, executing a physical connection and the homepage link by the video chatting after selecting the stores and companies, and performing the off-line transaction.
