PURPOSE: A method and system for managing construction works using the Internet is provided to rapidly apply information to construction fields by managing all sorts of information necessary for construction works in a system, and by easily performing a mutual cooperation between companies. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a construction work management system using a user terminal(301). The user inputs personal information on the user's ID, password and so on(302). A management server searches an identification information database and judges whether the information is registered in the database(303). In case that the information is registered, information stored in a storing unit is transmitted to the user's web browser(304). In case that the user selects a menu to work(305), the management server searches the database and confirms whether information on the menu selected by the user is accessible using the information(306). An authority to use the menu is confirmed(307). The user is admitted to perform construction works within the authority(308). The management server stores items worked by the user in the form of a log-file(309).
