PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for processing information of points which allows users to manage frequency or time or the like accessed by the users in every user or the information by consulting the information with the Internet or CATV or the like and managed data to be informed to the users or suppliers of the information. SOLUTION: The users access to the information of device 2 for managing the information by using a function 3 capable of communicating with a device 1 for the users. This system has a means which preserves results of processing information of the users or time accessed or the like for information accessed and results of processing characters or points allocated to the information accessed in every user. |
