PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make small-sized a device which adjusts the temperature of fluid(ATF) for an automatic transmission. SOLUTION: A bypass pipe 42 branching off from an ATF pipe 38 is provided with a heat accumulating tank 44 or a high-heat-capacity unit made of a high- heat-capacity material. The heat accumulating tank 44 is switched between a heating mode and a cooling mode according to the outside air temperature or seasons to adjust the temperature of the ATF. In the heating mode, the high-temperature ATF accumulated in the heat accumulating tank is discharged to the automatic transmission 18 and in the cooling mode, the high-temperature ATF has its heat absorbed and is cooled by being passed through the heat accumulating tank 44. |
