PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reducing and making highly efficient of charging time by automatically setting primary current of a DC/DC converter fit for the cell- voltage. SOLUTION: A DC/DC converter boosting cell-voltage, a detecting means to detect primary current of the DC/DC converter reaching a given limitting current, a control means to control the DC/DC converter based on a detected signal from the detected means, a capacitor charged by the DC/DC converter, and a cell information detecting means to detect a cell information, are provided. The control means performs a given calculation using the cell information from the cell information detecting means every time the capacitor is charged by the DC/DC converter, and controls the DC/DC converter by deciding (#100) the given limiting current and varying the primary current of the DC/DC converter. |
