PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a store operation system for easily and rationally running a rotary susi selling store. SOLUTION: The rotary susi selling store operation system comprises the head office, stores connected to the head office, and suppliers connected to the head office. At each store, the quantities of susi provided on a day are automatically counted by kinds at the end of the day (S101). Further, discarded quantities are also counted by the kinds (S103). The quantities of materials to be ordered are calculated from the counted quantities (S105). The ordering quantities are adjusted (S107) by taking a calendar, weather, and other special conditions into consideration and automatic ordering is performed (S109) through a line. |
