PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet type of motor which can prevent the malfunction of a position sensor, without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: A stator core 9 is constituted, based on the stacking of a plurality of steel plates 10, and a Hall IC is fixed to the magnetic pole piece 13 of a stator core 9. This Hall element IC 18 detects the rotational position of a permanent magnet, and a shield 19 is interposed between the Hall IC 18 and a coil 12. As a result, magnetic flux running from the coil 12 to the Hall IC 18 is screened by a shield 19, so that the Hall IC 18 is prevented from malfunctioning due to the effect of the magnetic flux from the coil 12. Also, the increase of the number of parts is prevented, because the shield 19 is made, based on the bending of a part of the steel plate 10. |
