PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of magnetic head slider, by which a femto-sized fine slider can be efficiently mass-produced. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of magnetic head slider, a UV tape is stuck to a frame, and a plurality of louvers, on which a plurality of magnetic head elements are respectively formed in one line, are aligned and bonded to the UV tape. After that, each louver bonded to the UV tape is cut in the longitudinal direction to remove the dummy part and further cut into the individual magnetic head sliders. The method includes respective steps such as lowering or eliminating the adhesion of the UV tape by the irradiation of a UV light on the UV tape and picking up the individual magnetic head sliders to transfer them into a pallet.
