PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meteor observation processing method and a system thereof capable of summing up and processing observation data on real time by inputting the observation data by an observer in the observation of meteors and provide a storage medium storing a meteor observation processing program. SOLUTION: When a meteor appears, the observation data is inputted into a portable terminal unit 1 by the observer, the portable terminal unit 1 transmits the observation data to a communication host device 2 through a communication network, the communication host device 2 receives the observation data transmitted from the portable terminal unit 1, stores the received observation data, and sums up and processes the stored observation data.
