PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive radio waves from a base station in the optimal state without increasing burden on the side of mobile communication equipment (a receiver) by controlling the directivity of an antenna by performing predicting processing of radio wave arriving direction in the receiver. SOLUTION: The receiver collects receiver position information, a velocity vector, the position information of the base station close to a receiving spot from the base station and data such as the direction of an antenna capable of receiving close to the receiving spot and a base station name to be received at that time (S11). On the basis of these data, predicting processing is performed concerning a change in the arriving direction of radio wave with following proceedings (S12). While using the result of this predicting processing, antenna directivity control is performed with moving (S13) and radio waves from the base station are received in the satisfactory state.
