<p>The invention concerns a method for depositing a solution (2) containing at least an analyte on a support (6). The invention also concerns a device for implementing said method. Said method comprises the following steps: (a) loading the solution (2) in at least a reservoir (1) of the device, each reservoir being provided at one end with an outlet (3) having dimensions designed such that the solution does not flow by gravity, when the reservoir is inactive; (b) moving the reservoir (1) between two positions, a so-called starting position and a so-called arrival position, along an axis; and (c) stopping the movement when said reservoir (1) is in the arrival position, without any contact between the reservoir and the solid support, to generate a mechanical impact on the reservoir and deposit via the outlet, a drop of solution on the solid support, said drop moving in the air before being deposited on the solid support.</p> |
