PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-piece wear for nursing care effective for preventing the exposure of the breast in use, enabling the change of the wear easily in a short time without applying the pain to the patient and excessive load on the care-giver and having beautiful appearance similar to ordinary one-piece wear in worn state. SOLUTION: The one-piece wear for nursing care to be put on a patient is openable at the coat part below the center of the yoke and at the skirt part and has an overlapping part having a wide overlapping margin.
