VENT PIECE USED FOR MOLD OF TIRE

PURPOSE: A vent piece used for a mold of a tire is provided to easily manufacture the vent piece and to improve the discharging function of air by forming a plurality of air holes in the vent piece. CONSTITUTION: A vent piece(3) comprises an upper body(30), an inserting member(35), and a column(36). The upper body(30) has a plurality of air discharging holes(31,33). The inserting member(35) is inserted into a pore of a mold. The column(36) connects the upper body(30) to the inserting section(35). A diameter of the column(36) is smaller than a diameter of the upper body(30), so a space(37) is formed between the column(36) and an inner side of the pore when the vent piece(3) is inserted into the pore of the mold. The diameter of the inserting member(35) is identical to or larger than the diameter of the upper body. The air discharging hole(33) is formed in various shape.
