PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printer having a cutter capable of clearly and surely cutting at a cut section without increasing its cost. SOLUTION: The stencil printer comprises a cutting means 4 having a cutter member 13 including rotary cutters 16a and 16b for moving in a width direction of a master perpendicularly crossing with a master conveying direction and cutting a platemade master 6 drawn from a master roll 6a. The printer further comprises guide members 21a and 22a provided at upstream and downstream sides of the master conveying direction of the member 13 to retain the master 6 at the member 13 moving time.
