The invention relates to a method for producing, from new raw substances, fish feed to a fish farming plant. The starting fish feed is, in a first step, milled and dehydrated to a protein mass and, in a second step, if desired after a preceding storage, supplied to a freezing or cooling nozzle like a noodle string which is then compressed and either comprises an air pocket or houses fish oil in the cavity created inside the string which is simultaneously formed and pressed out of the nozzle, the string being frozen therein or slightly downstream thereof. |
