PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent technique for planting a turf with excellent operability and certainty of greening. SOLUTION: A plate turf 1 is stirred in water to disaggregate the turf and to form the seedling grass. The resultant seedling grasses are mixed with a planting base material 2, and the slurry-shaped planting base material 2 with the seedling grass mixed therewith is sprayed to plant the grass.
