PURPOSE: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition for laminating fabrics, which has strong adhesive force and soft feeling and forms beautiful color matches and dose not generate hazardous gas when wasted. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises: 5-50wt% of a linear low density polyethylene graft copolymer formed by grafting 0.1-5wt% of an ethylene unsaturated carboxylic acid or anhydride thereof into a linear low density polyethylene resin having a density of 0.915-0.940g/cm3 and a melt index of 0.2-50g/10min, wherein the unsaturated carboxylic acid is acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, and etc.; 20-80wt% of ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber containing 20-70wt% of propylene; 5-50wt% of a crystalline polypropylene resin; 10-50wt% of an ultralow density polyethylene resin having a density of 0.870-0.910g/cm3 and a melt index of 0.2-50g/10min at 190deg.C/2.16kg.
