PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for Jikatabi to prevent a cut in the foot at need. SOLUTION: This is an insole used inserted in Jikatabi. The insole comprises a laminated sheet 2 in a sandwich structure putting a metal sheet 3 in between a pair of cushion sheets 9, 10 in a form similar to the inside sole form of Jikatabi. A fixed width of the periphery along almost the front half of the metal sheet 3 of the laminated sheet 2 is cut off inward and covered by a cloth tape 5. A shock absorbing sheet 7 is laminated on the heel part of the laminated sheet 2.
