PURPOSE: To produce a superconducting junction device suitable for a tunnel barrier layer, usable as a Josephson element, becoming a superconducting element having excellent superconducting characteristic and usable with a simple cooler by using specified multiple oxides containing copper as a superconducting device. CONSTITUTION: For example, the oxide of the formula: Ce1 ±a Ln2 ±b AM2 ±c Cu2+d Ti2-d O13 ±e (In the formula, 0<=a<=0.3, 0<=b<=0.5, 0<=c<=0.3, 0<=d<=0.5, 0<=e<=1.0; Ln is at least >=1 kind element or atom group selected from among La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Y; Ba1-x Srx (0<=x<=0.5) is used as the AM) is used as the multiple oxides containing copper. A reacting and sintering method by heating from atomic powder which is generally used in a production of a ceramic material is used as a forming method. And in the superconducting junction device, a deterioration problem at interface due to a diffusion of the element generated at the time of preparing a joining area does not occur. |
