PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly store and discharge gaseous hydrogen in a metal hydride reactor. SOLUTION: A fiber material 16 is filled around both end section of a porous pipe 14 in the metal hydride reactor 10, and connecting pipes 17 serving as a passage of hydrogen are connected to both end sections of the porous pipe 17 via the fiber material 16.
