PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information processor which actualizes a high reliability of input data, can carry on application operation even in case of a fault disability one of a fixed memory and a removable storage medium to operate, and can speedily correct even a partial data error. SOLUTION: The portable information processor which has an input part for inputting data, a display part for displaying the data, and a 1st storage means and is equipped with a removable 2nd storage means, writes the same data to the 1st and 2nd storage means while the 2nd storage means is mounted, compares those pieces of written data with each other to make a coincidence/ discrepancy decision, and synchronizes the data if it is decided that the data are discrepant to solve the discrepancy. Consequently, the reliability of the input data is made high and the application operation can be carried on even in case of the fault disabling one of the fixed memory and removable storage medium to operate. Further, since correction or re-input can be carried out even if a partial data error occurs, the operation efficiency of the input operation can be increased. |
