PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an exchanged coupling field can be increased when a fixed magnetic field is formed while dividing into first and second fixed magnetic fields through a nonmagnetic intermediate layer, but it is required to regulate the magnitude and direction of a magnetic field being applied during heat treatment when an antiferromagnetic material requiring heat treatment is used for generating an exchanged coupling field at the interface with the first fixed magnetic field, and the magnitude of magnetic moment of the first and second fixed magnetic fields must be controlled correctly. SOLUTION: Magnetic moment of the first fixed magnetic field 12 is smaller than that of the second fixed magnetic field 14. A magnetic field of 100-1,000 Oe is applied in the direction reverse to the magnetizing direction of the first fixed magnetic field or a magnetic field of 5 kOe or above is applied in the magnetizing direction thus keeping an anti-parallel state between the first and second fixed magnetic fields.
