PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the aerial suitability of automatic label supplying equipment used when labels are automatically worn at the neck of containers by one sheet by one sheet by using an automatically mounting device, etc. SOLUTION: A sheet-like label body 11 is provided with one first cut line 12 in approximately the central part within its sheet region and is provided with four second cut lines 13 extending in the direction corresponding to the intersection with the first cut line 12 from both ends of the first cut line 12 axisgmmetrically within the sheet region with a virtual straight line connecting both ends of the cut line 12 as a symmetrical axis O. The two second cut lines 13 extending from one end of the first cut line 12 and the two second cut lines 13 extending from the other end are disposed in line symetry with the virtual straight line orthogonal with the intermediate point of the symmetrical axis O as a symmetrical axis P.
