<p>The invention concerns a telephone system wherein at least a telephone terminal (40 to 43) co-operates with a micro-computer (38 to 40) using a set of software modules, in particular a module for functions usually associated with sophisticated telephone stations: hands free function, message-receiving device, modem-fax, number memory, automatic dialling, display on micro-computer screen, and/or a module for usually centralised services designed for a large number of users, and/or a module for novel facilities: Internet/Intranet access, voice recognition, automatic playback, small-capacity auto-commutation function. Concerning networked micro-computers, the invention enables to produce a shared auto-commutation switch.</p> |
