The packing box comprises several flat wall components and a base, which via their edges can be brought into connection with each other using elastic clamps (1). The wall components on the outside in the area of the corners and/or edges have recesses in which the elastic clamps can engage. Each clamp is positioned over the edge connection of two adjacent wall components. The clamps have two legs (2,3) of flat spring steel at an angle of less than 90 degrees, at the end areas of which an inwardly bent ridge (4,5) is formed. The clamp at the connecting point of the two legs has a rib (6), preferably directed outwards.
