PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet change device for a machine tool capable of holding a fluid pressure for a workpiece grip jig without causing problems of rise of cost and enlargement of an arrangement space and limiting a stroke amount of a main spindle. SOLUTION: In this pallet change device for the machine tool constituted such that a pallet 10 is arranged at a predetermined rotation angle position on a turn table 9 arranged on a fixed base 8 so as to enable rotary indexing, the workpiece grip jig 15 for gripping a workpice detachably is mounted on the pallet 10, and the turn table 9 is turned so that the pallet 10 is positioned at any position of a machining position A and a set-up position B, fluid supply ports (a) to (e) for supplying working fluid to the workpiece grip jig 15 are formed in the pallet 10, fluid passages 53a to 53e communicated and connected to a fluid supply source are provided in the turn table 9, and the fluid passages 53a to 53e and the fluid supply ports (a) to (e) are mutually communicated and connected through a rotary joint 51 arranged on the same axial line as a rotary indexing axis C1 of the pallet 10.
