PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite resin molding including cellulosic powder capable of suppressing voids inside the molding or corrosion of a molding machine caused by acid or water generated from the cellulosic powder at the heat molding process, affording slip at the heat molding process, and preventing thermolysis or carbonization of the cellulosic powder, and to provide a method of producing the molding. SOLUTION: This composite resin molding including cellulosic powder comprises a polyolefin (A) and cellulosic powder (B) in a ratio of A:B=90 to 25:10 to 75 (mass ratio), and further comprises more than 0.1 pts.mass and 10 pts.mass or less of a basic metal soap to 100 pts.mass of (A) and (B) in total, where the basic metal soap is dispersing in the polyolefin and further adhering on the surface of the cellulosic powder and/or inside the tracheid, at least a part of which reacts with acid and/or water generated from the cellulosic powder in the course of heat molding process and exists in a bound state.
