PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly transmit newly desired information caused by the change of an address to a customer based on an address change notice from the customer and to obtain a satisfactory guideline when a store is opened at a place where demand is expected. SOLUTION: The address change notice is received (100) and an associated store which is nearest to the changed address of the customer, which is informed by the address change notice, is retrieved (102) based on a data base where information on the associated store of a self-company is stored. The store name, the address, map information, product information and special sales information on the retrieved nearest associated store are sent (103) to the customer. When a distance between the retrieved nearest associated store and the new address of the customer is longer than a first threshold (104), the value of the field of 'the number of customers whose distances are long' in the associated store in the data base is increased by one (105). When the value of the field exceeds a second threshold (106), such a fact is outputted (107) as information being the material of a store opening plan for considering whether one more store is to be opened at the periphery of the associated store or not. |
