PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of underpants with lifting members and an attachment for incontinence, capable of reducing a cost required for the attachment for incontinence, and capable of decreasing a percentage of users suffering from dermatitis. SOLUTION: In this pair of underpants with the lifting members and the attachment for incontinence, the attachment for incontinence comprises a container for the private parts 1 which has a horseshoe-shaped member 2 attached to areas by the sides of an opening, fastening members in the upper area, strings 4 of which the each is attached to each of the fastening members and has a fastener at the counter end, and a urine bag attached to the peripheral area, and the pair of underpants has a hole for the private parts, the lifting members on the upper front body, and other strings of which the each is attached to an area near the groin and the rear of the thighs and has a fastener at the counter end. Thus, the each fastener of the strings 4 and the other strings is fastened to each of the lifting members of the underpants so that the attachment for incontinence is pressed and attached to the human body.
