PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene/ethylene copolymer having highly controlled stereoregularity and exhibitting high heat-resistance and rigidity though having enough low temperature heat sealability and transparency. SOLUTION: The propylene/ethylene copolymer is constituted to satisfy the following characteristics (1)-(3): (1) The content of an ethylene unit is 0.1-3.3 wt.% in terms of a weight reference of the propylene/ethylene copolymer. (2) Isotactic triad fraction (I3) is >=0.50 but <0.95. (3) The ratio of molar number of a propylene unit derived from 2,1-insertion reaction of a propylene monomer with respect to the total molar number of the propylene unit constituting the propylene/ethylene copolymer is >=0.05% but <0.5%.
